Our Policies

Firm but fair, our rental policies are simple but please read carefully so you understand all our rules.

We will need 2 phone numbers and an email address from those wishing to rent our facility.

Deposit

Your event date cannot be guaranteed until we place it on our venue's event calendar.

A security deposit is required to place the event on our calendar.

Depending on the size of the event, this deposit ranges from $250 - $500.

Refunds/Cancellations

If a rental is canceled with 7 days after booking, a full refund will be made.

If a rental is canceled after 7 days, but prior to 30 days before the event, one-half of the cost will be refunded.

If a rental is canceled less than 30 days prior to date booked, no refund will be made.

All available refunds will be mailed within 3 business days from date of cancellation. Refunds can also be picked up personally at the office during regular business hours.

Alcohol

This venue does not have a liquor license. If alcohol is provided for the celebration by individuals renting the facility, then no license is needed.

No alcohol will be sold on the property.

No underage drinking. No exceptions.

Clean-Up

It is expected that the venue be left in the same clean order it was presented. This includes the celebration hall, the restrooms and the property.

Clean-up of any decorations will be taken down immediately following the event. There is a mandatory charge of $250 for cleaning the Hall and grounds. We will make sure that the Hall is kept clean during the event.

.No propane is allowed inside the Hall premises.
